| Curtis J. Ahart is the Vice President of Business Development for Minneapolis-based communications products provider Digi International. He has responsibility for leading new business initiatives like Digi’s new wireless products business. He has 26 years of experience with a broad range of information technology companies. Prior to joining Digi, Mr. Ahart was a founder and CEO of Wisenets, a provider of WiFi optimization software. Prior to Wisenets, he was the Vice President of Business Development for Gigabit Ethernet services provider Dynamic Bandwidth. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Ahart was Executive Vice President of Strategy, Planning and Business Development for Dantis, a provider of managed web hosting services. From 1999 to 2001 Mr. Ahart was President of the Eastern and Central Regions for Jato Communications, a broadband communications services provider. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Ahart was Vice President of Sales for Lucent Data Networking Business, serving emerging broadband service providers in North America. Prior to joining Lucent, Mr. Ahart served as Eastern Region Vice President for AT&T’s Internet transport services business. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Ahart was Assistant Vice President, Strategic Marketing for NCR. Prior NCR, Mr. Ahart held many sales and marketing leadership positions with increasing responsibilities at AT&T Computer Systems and Motorola. |
